Almond Flour This is a must have...basically anything that previously had regular flour now has almond flour. Definitely recommend buying it from Sam's Club because you can't beat the price: $13.44 for 3 lbs! Tapioca Flour/Starch During the winter, I usually use tapioca flour to thicken soups and gravy. It is also a main ingredient in our homemade pasta, pizza crust, cinnamon rolls, and tortilla crust. Flaxseed Meal We really only use this for two recipes sandwich bread and an "oatmeal." We make 2-4 loaves of the bread each week.
Arrowroot Flour Most often we use this to thicken soups and sauces. Occasionally used in a baked good recipe. One package lasts a long time.
Coconut Oil We didn't keep coconut oil in our pantry until we started cooking paleo. Almost every baked item we make has coconut oil in it.
